The PayPay mobile app can be used to pay at over 2 million locations across Japan, including convenience stores, drug stores, and restaurants. No cash or wallet required. (*As of April 2020) Register in only one minute and pay with PayPay right away. Choose from three available payment methods: 1. Top up from your bank account 2. Top up from a Seven Bank ATM 3. Charge to your credit card Now, you can submit your business expenses to Concur Expense in the PayPay app for easier reimbursement. Just follow these three simple steps: 1. Connect PayPay and Concur Expense • Click the "Connect" or “Login to Connect” button on this page • Follow the instructions on the screen and login to PayPay to complete the connection 2. Take a photo of the receipt for your purchases with PayPay • Tap on "Register Receipt - Submit Expense" in "Transaction History" and take a photo 3. Confirm the details and send to Concur Expense • Check the details on payee, date, and amount, add a comment, and submit. • Your transaction information, receipt image, or an electronic receipt (e-receipt) will be automatically sent to Concur Expense for easy expensing. Please apply for reimbursement, following the standard application process of your company or organization* * Please follow the rules provided by your organization regarding how to handle the receipt attached to the expense item submitted from the PayPay app and e-receipt issued by SAP Concur.
