Power and potential: Ricoh Europe centralises expense management

When Ricoh Europe decided to move to a new and more efficient approach for T&E management, its priority was to find a digital solution that could enable a unified and easy-to-share process while aligning with the needs of local markets and regional teams. When deploying a global solution in the EMEA region, there are multiple different specific requirements that needed to be taken into account.

Concur Expense has now replaced Ricoh Europe's error-prone, manual, spreadsheet-based T&E process and manages around 55,000 transactions a year and 9 million euros in expenses. Ricoh Europe is now exploring how to bring Concur Expense to its recent acquisitions and how it can contribute to the company's travel and sustainability objectives.
