The Future of Central Government Working

relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions, a new world of central government working
practices is emerging. Digital technologies will likely hold the key to ensuring future
delivery of services is efficient – and that workers get the working environment they

In February 2022, SAP Concur and DODS Research surveyed more than 200 central and local government decision-makers to understand how government attitudes have changed towards work and travel. The research also set out to understand views surrounding expenses management and sustainability.
