That was our mission when we set out to integrate with Concur Expense and Concur Invoice, back in 2014. We wanted to make VAT recovery and compliance even easier for our customers; to help them make their whole world of VAT recovery easy, transparent and in one central place, at the click of a button.

It’s been a few years since the VAT IT Group, holding company of VAT IT and Meridian VAT Reclaim, integrated with Concur and it’s been the greatest partnership we’ve ever had and has benefited our mutual clients enormously. For example we’ve seen increases in our joint clients’ VAT yield by up to 75%.

We’ve also reached incredible milestones with the help of Concur’s technology team. We are able to pull over 90,000 expense line items per hour and we are able to report on VAT potential on both a company group and business entity level so that multinational companies can gain a central, transparent view of their corporation’s VAT.

Some other great success stories have been instances where we increased a client’s global scope. Our client Syngenta had only one entity being serviced by us in the UK. The Concur integration allowed us to reach 43 international branches with ease.

Another mutual client, Citrix Systems Inc., used our Concur integration to identify domestic VAT opportunities that were not yet explored to further increase their VAT yield.
