  • Business travellers can now access Ryanair fare bundles, flexible options and enhanced choice directly through the new Concur Travel

At SAP Concur, we know that for business travel, flexibility and choice are paramount. The ability to fly to multiple and varied destinations is essential for any traveller.

This is why SAP Concur is announcing that Ryanair, the largest airline in Europe, now has their fares and schedules live in the new Concur Travel through the Air Connector feature (direct integration). Given Ryanair serves 240 airports across 37 countries, and runs 3,600 flights daily, this is a huge addition of choice for the business travel world.

Travellers now have access to more regular flights and key city connections, meaning they have additional choice and enhanced flexibility when booking. They also have access to the airline’s entire fare range, including its leading low-fare options.

Ryanair will also soon have the Concur TripLink integration, for an even more enhanced business travel experience. Business Travellers will have their itinerary and receipt automatically sent from Ryanair to the new Concur Travel and Concur Expense to facilitate policy management, duty of care obligations, and expense reporting. When the Concur TripLink connection is live in the first half of 2025, all a traveller needs to do is link their account once and then the booking flows from Ryanair into the new Concur Travel.

Paul Dear, Regional Vice President - Supplier Services EMEA, SAP Concur, said, “Everything we’ve built with Ryanair aims to connect them to the wider business travel industry in the most seamless, effective, and productive way. Ryanair wanted to bring its travel options to the corporate world and came to us as they see SAP Concur as a trustworthy partner thanks to our transparent customer paths. We’re excited to be working with them to offer our customers more flexibility and cost-efficient travel choices.”

Dara Brady, CMO at Ryanair said: “This is great news for the business travel world as corporate travellers will now be able to access Ryanair’s low fares and industry-leading route network of 3,600 daily flights across 240 airports, conveniently through the new Concur Travel, giving them more choice and flexibility for their business trips. Our low fares and high-frequency schedules cater perfectly for business travel, saving money and time for businesses.”
