A New Home for Concur TripLink in SAP Concur

Concur TripLink can now be accessed within SAP Concur, making it even easier to access all your SAP Concur tools in one place.

Concur TripLink has a new home within the SAP Concur system, providing customers with a centralised hub to help streamline enrolment and engagement.

To access Concur TripLink from within the platform, customers simply sign in, and search for “TripLink” in the main navigation. From there, employees can find out more about the different functionalities of the solution, including travel partner integrations and our TripIt Pro handy travel app. These options can be enabled right from the tool.

What are the benefits of customers? 

  1. Easier enrolment 

Now in one central location, travellers can get set up, manage, and engage with Concur TripLink. It’s easy to find and access the hub in the main navigation within SAP Concur solutions.

Here, employees can learn about Concur TripLink, enrol in travel partner integrations, connect their frequent traveller accounts, and activate their complimentary TripIt Pro subscriptions.  

  1. Improved awareness and visibility

This consolidated “home” for Concur TripLink will improve awareness and education of the solution and its benefits for your travellers. Improved adoption means more visibility into outside travel bookings for the business.

A streamlined connection process, allow your employees to take advantage of the travel benefits and loyalty programmes they already have in place, providing a better return on investment for your organisation and a greater user experience for your employees.

We encourage SAP Concur administrators to communicate this update with their organisation and travellers to help both the business and employees get the most value from Concur TripLink.
