Taking advantage of hotel e-receipts means employees can bypass the need to visit the front desk for a physical copy, while also benefitting from automated expense itemization. The system also proactively notifies employees of any incomplete entries to ensure thorough, accurate, and complete expense reporting every time. 

The intuitive interface makes it simple to manually add expenses and the solution even provides a mileage calculator for estimating mileage reimbursement. Once an expense report is submitted, Concur Expense allows employees to visually track the status as it moves through the approval workflow.
