G-Cloud 10 – The Marks of a New Beginning

I’m truly delighted to say that SAP Concur has been approved by Crown Commercial Service to join the G-Cloud 10 Digital Framework, within the Cloud Software category. This means that public sector organisations can now procure our Cloud Software technology.

This represents an important milestone for SAP Concur and it is a fundamental cornerstone of our focus on developing our UK public sector strategy in 2018. To date, our focus has been primarily on the private sector in the UK. There, enterprises have advanced digital transformation plans to drive profits and are able to quickly make capital and operational investments. They procure the latest technologies to make them more productive, faster, more agile; in short, they want to enhance their competitive advantage.

The UK public sector faces different challenges, in that technological changes in areas such as finance tend to be large projects with long lead times and a requirement of significant resources.
